What to include
Include the page URL and, if you have one, the task or order id. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets.
For a rights complaint, say which file and which photo is involved. We can remove a file we still host.
What we can answer
Billing questions about the $4.99 single-video pack or Starter, Creator, and Studio Credits. A failed paid generation already requests a Stripe refund.
Privacy questions about uploaded photos. Do not expect a human likeness review on every preview.
Use only photos you own or have permission to process. Do not upload a minor, a stranger, or a frame you do not have rights to reuse.
