Need help with credits, failed generations, or a paid order?
Write to hi@rumpelstiltskin.live about a generation, an order, a rights concern, a privacy request, or a factual correction.
Updated for the two-photo spinning-room generator.
What to include
Include the page URL and, if you have one, the task or order id. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets.
For a rights complaint, say which file and which photo is involved. We can remove a file we still host.
What we can answer
Billing questions about a $4.99 or $6.99 checkout, or a three-video pack. A failed paid generation already requests a Stripe refund.
Privacy questions about uploaded photos. Do not expect a human likeness review on every preview.
Use only photos you own or have permission to process. Do not upload a minor, a stranger, or a frame you do not have rights to reuse.
